As Synergy's CEO, I'm responsible for shaping the strategies that drive our success as a company and ensure our clients thrive. My enduring client relationships, with some spanning over 13 years, are a source of immense pride.

 

With a track record of saving millions for our clients, I draw upon my industry experience working with major UK brands to offer valuable insights and expertise on their company processes and procedures.

 

Beyond procurement, my passions include country music, quality time with my young family, exploring new destinations through travel, nurturing my green thumb as a dedicated gardener, and managing my smallholding, which is home to sheep, cows, and chickens.

As the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Synergy, my role is dedicated to driving positive social impact both within and beyond our organisation. I'm deeply committed to effecting meaningful change and leaving a lasting, positive imprint on the communities we serve.

 

A source of great pride for me is our strategic partnership with Luke Staton from Inspire the Next Generation. Together, we champion initiatives designed to empower and inspire the future leaders of our society, with a strong focus on working directly with students.

 

In tandem with our CSR initiatives, I collaborate closely with numerous clients on projects geared towards enhancing employee well-being and engagement. I firmly believe that a content, engaged workforce is not only pivotal to our clients' triumph but also forms the bedrock of ethical business practices.

 

Beyond my professional life, I cherish holidays, spending quality time with my wonderful family, including my two beloved dogs, and socialising with friends. It's these moments that recharge my spirit and inspire me to continue making a positive impact.

In my role at Synergy, I'm constantly striving for operational excellence. From refining methodologies, and continual evaluation of business processes, to developing a strong deeper understanding of the current needs and future aspirations of customers. 

 

My mission is to provide direct representation and unwavering support to our project managers. I'm here to ensure that every aspect of our operations is finely tuned for optimal performance and customer experience. By ensuring fast, precise delivery while injecting a bit of fun into the process whenever possible.

 

With over 20 years of industry experience, I've honed my skills working with Fortune 500 companies, spearheading transformational projects, across diverse sectors. Whilst harnessing and developing the customer relationship from conception to delivery.  

 

I'm a total data geek and take immense pride in managing and transforming data into information-based decisions across all of our operations.

With over 35 years of invaluable experience in B2B and more than a decade in a senior management role, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. My expertise lies in cost management, procurement, strategic negotiation, and sustainable supply chain management. What sets me apart is my niche focus on various product categories, enabling me to offer tailored, expert advice to our clients.

 

In my role, I excel in managing our clients' expectations, ensuring their unique needs are not only met but exceeded. Over the years, I've forged solid partnerships with leading suppliers across the UK, and Europe, allowing me to deliver quality, affordability, and sustainability in every solution I offer.

 

Outside of work, you'll find me on the golf course, honing my skills as a keen golfer, or immersed in live music and sports events whenever the opportunity arises. And of course, discussions about my next holiday destination are always high on my agenda!

Following a career as a Deputy Headteacher, Sian took a leap of faith moving into the Corporate world.

 

Sian is known for her strong leadership skills and her ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.

 

Her skills of creativity, exceptional attention to detail, communication, and innovation allow her to effectively get to the heart of what our clients require, deliver this, analyse and present the very best options to key stakeholders.

 

Outside of work as a Mum to a daughter & twin boys, she loves watching her children participate in their respective hobbies. She is an avid reader and her guilty pleasure is  a good murder documentary!

With a strong passion for cultivating relationships with new clients as well as enjoying spreading the ‘Synergy secret’, Frank’s experience and proven track record has resulted in him securing new business with many clients, allowing him to blend the thrill of discovering new opportunities with the satisfaction of helping clients achieve their financial goals.

 

In his spare time, Frank is a keen fitness fanatic even cycling over 50 miles a day to our office in Halifax! He loves spending time with his young family.

Always having a big picture in mind, Adriana specialises in streamlining financial processes with the aim for efficiency and simplicity.

 

Adriana appreciates a unique team bond, exceptional support and top tier inter-departmental communication at Synergy.

 

Outside of work Adriana's interests include interior design, widely understood sociology and long walks…

Outside of Synergy, I would consider myself a ‘nearly’ athlete - currently operating at an elite level in front of my TV screen! I have a young son who keeps me very busy too!

With over 25 years in the Industry, Rowena brings an incredible wealth of experience to the Synergy Team.

 

She is self-motivated, possesses amazing attention to detail, has strong organisational & leadership skills and a firm commercial understanding.

 

Working as a project manager requires the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes. This is something she thrives on!

 

Rowena has two grown up daughters and enjoys going out with friends, holidays, and going for long walks with her husband and beloved dog, Max.

Emilie is an ambitious and spirited individual! Having just turned 18 and is on the cusp of an exciting journey toward becoming a cabin crew member. 

 

With a passion for travel and a desire to explore the world, Emilie is eager to embrace the challenges and adventures that come with a career in aviation. 

 

To gain valuable experience in the business world, Emilie has joined the family business as a marketing apprentice, where creativity and a friendly demeanour are essential. 

 

Known for being resilient and adaptable, she approaches every task with enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn. 

 

Outside of work, Emilie enjoys spending time traveling, hanging out with friends, and singing!

 

With a bright future ahead, Emilie is ready to soar to new heights both in the skies and in the business realm.

Luke provides support to the entire Synergy team through his work as a coach and a motivational speaker.

His work as the founder of ITNG which Synergy is proud to partner with, has made a huge difference to 1000’s of young people across the UK.

In his spare time, as a former professional footballer, he is keep fit fanatic! He loves spending time with his 3 children and spreading positivity wherever he goes!
